Responsibility：
61 Ensure compliance with Celanese stewardship policy and standards. Maintain and improve PSM management system together with site EHS function.
61 Drive improvement of process yield & OEE performance.
61 Establish standard operating conditions and standard operation procedures, periodically lead/ involve in the review of control plan and FMEA.
61 Lead process and quality related troubleshooting and problem solving. Lead or participate root cause investigation and develop/follow up prevention/corrective actions.
61 Provide continuous process and product quality improvement through process optimization and upgrade.
61 Evaluate process or equipment improvement related employee suggestions.
61 Provide process knowledge and troubleshooting training to operation operators and involve the new key operator qualification process.
61 Assist process development of new product and new process. Assist source change and new raw material qualification program when needed.
Qualification：
1. Education Background
61 BS or MS degree, with major in Polymer, Chemical, Chemical Engineering etc.

2. Skills and knowledge
61 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
61 Strong problem-solving ability.
61 Able to lead project implementation.
61 Preferably with good quality sense and quality related knowledge.
61 Good verbal and written communication capability in English.
61 Good team player, self-motivated, with good ownership sense.

3. Working Experience
61 At least 3 years related experience as production/process engineer in manufacturing plant. Hands-on experience related chemical or engineering polymer compounding process is preferred.
