This is a temperorary job for 6 months Responsibilities: 1) Understand demand/forecast environment, determine required material to purchase, monitoring the materials movements through PO releasing to receiving. 2) Take initiative influence to suppliers' production plan, critical material preparation and shipments to minimize backorders, as well as maintain inventory at planned levels (i.e., Just in Time purchases, use of EOQ - Economic Order Quantities). 3) Resolves discrepancies. Assist with receiving team to resolve receiving issues including but not limit to short/over qty received, wrong product shipped, missing documents, assist with AP team to resolve discrepant invoices for payment validation; work with Category manager to resolve price variances issues ; work with QE team to revolve non-conforming material, and so on. 4) Responsible for MOQ, MPQ, lead time , DOS ect. update in system. 5) Other assigned tasks to complete company targets.
Minimum requirements: 1) Basic knowledge to ERP systems , such as Oracle, Kinaxis , Agile . 2) English reading, writing ,speaking ability. Experience working in international company is preferred. 3) Ability to detect potential supply issue and interact with internal US teams and suppliers. 4) Basic logistic understanding, especially Asian-US & Asian -Mexico lanes.
