岗位职责 1. Develop business with new customers in FSC business field through professional sales activities(30%); a. Search for potential customers; b. Create business opportunity by exploring channels and network; c. Respond to and follow up customer's enquiry; d. Visit / meet customer and introduce company's services; e. Negotiate price and prepare quotation according to internal pricing system; f. Prepare and confirm contract with customer. 2. Conduct customer management to maintain business relationship, increase brand & service awareness and enhance satisfaction among customers; (5%) 3. Contribute personal efforts to reach assigned personal and team sales target; (20%) 4. Serve main traditional food/ food contact material customers and keep good cooperation with them; (5%) 5. Focus on new and unexplored market opportunities in FSC clients and provide solution selling service to them.5% 6. Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis;5% 7. Support FSC sales team on collecting information and promotion activities; (5%) 8. As assigned, coordinate between customer and internal groups on project start, payment and progress; (10%) 9. Support FSC sales in daily work and build up team and coaching the teammates; (10%) 10. Perform other duties assigned by Sales Manager.(5%)
任职条件 1. Bachelor degree or above; 2. At least 5 years sales / marketing experience in Food, Food related products field; 3. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions; 4. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit; 5. Good communication and sales skill & Good customer management skill; 6. Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit; 7. Can work independently and efficiently, can work under pressure; 8. Good command of English; 9. Preferable to have experience in leading a team; 10. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required.
