Job Description 岗位职责:

a.) Technical Expertise 专业技术：

1) Provide strategic and expertise advice in social compliance, decarbonization and Net zero, at manufacturer level o ensure compliance with client expectation or the Paris Agreement.
在制造商层面提供社会责任、脱碳和净零排放方面的战略和专业建议，以确保符合客户期望或《巴黎协定》。

2) Lead the development of strategies, guidelines, and actions to promote social compliance and decarbonization actions in industry sectors.
领导战略、指导方针和行动的发展，以促进工业部门的社会合规和脱碳行动。

3) Conduct detailed assessments and provide technical support of social compliance and environmental program.
进行详细的评估，并为社会责任和环境项目提供技术支持。

b.) Capacity Development and Training 能力发展和培训

1) Design, develop and implement training program of social compliance and climate change.
设计、开发和实施社会责任和气候变化培训计划。

2) Develop and implement mentoring programs to build the capacity of manufacturer on social compliance and climate change.
制定和实施指导计划，以建立制造商在社会责任和气候变化方面的能力。

c.) Practice Contribution and Knowledge Sharing 实践贡献与知识共享

1) Ensure best practice guidance is communicated across advisory team.
确保在咨询团队中沟通***实践指导。

2) Strengthen knowledge pool by sharing and capturing case studies and best practice examples of social compliance and climate change.
通过分享和获取社会责任和气候变化方面的案例研究和***实践范例，加强知识储备。

d.) Monitoring and Evaluation 监测与评价

1) Oversee monitoring and evaluation frameworks for social compliance and climate change programs.
监督社会责任和气候变化项目的监测和评估框架。

2) Conduct periodic reviews and assessment of social compliance and climate change efforts to ensure compliance with client expectation and targets.
对社会责任和气候变化工作进行定期审查和评估，以确保符合客户期望和目标。

Requirement 要求:

a.) Bachelor or master’s degree in environmental, chemical, or related engineering majors;
环境、化工或相关工程专业本科以上学历;

b.) 5 years’ experience in a similar role working with social compliance and climate change solutions, energy saving program is preferred.
5年以上相关工作经验，从事社会责任和气候变化解决方案，节能项目优先考虑。

c.) Experience on developing, managing, implementing, or supporting short/long term program.
有开发、管理、实施或支持短期/长期项目的经验。

d.) Knowledge of China labor law, EHS law, and ESG reporting.
了解中国劳动法、EHS法和ESG报告。

e.) Superior communication skills and working under pressure;
良好的沟通能力和抗压能力;

f.) Ability to travel up to 50% to work on factories site.
能够适应50%出差至工厂现场的工作。

g.) Recognized professional EHS certification is preferred, such as ISO 14000 auditor, ISO 45000 auditor, ISO50001 auditor, etc.
有公认专业EHS认证者优先，如iso14000审核员、45000审核员、50001审核员等。

h.) Fluent verbal and writing English skills;
流利的英语口语和写作能力;

i.) Computer skills including MS Office (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Data management experience is a plus;
