Responsibilities 工作职责：
1. Responsible for the quality system maintainance，organizing Internal/External audit, to ensure/mototor implementation of quality system matching ISO/IATF16949 standard.
负责工厂质量体系的维护，内外部审核的组织及对应 ,确保符合ISO/IATF 要求
2. Ensure/monitor implementation of quality system matching ISO/IATF16949 standard
确保/监控好质量体系的执行使之符合ISO/IATF16949标准
3. Create/maintain/Intergrate quality system and procedures
建立/维护/整合质量体系与程序
4. Responsible for organizing internal audits(like system audit/process audit/product audit/project audit/MSA audit/consistency audit/cross audit,etc.,) External audits(like 3rd party, ISO/IATFaudit, etc.,) including creating audit plan, perform audit, follow up corrective actions etc.
负责内外部的审核对应（例如内部有系统审核/过程审核/产品审核/项目审核/MSA审核/一致性审核等；外部有三方审核,ISO/IATF审核等），包括创立审核计划，实施及对于改善行动的追踪落实等。
5. Responsible for customer audit including preparation, customer feedback, deviation/findings follow up etc.
负责客户审核的对应，包括审核的准备，客户反馈，问题点的追踪落实
6. Maintain quality documents in PDM and monitor implementation
维护质量文件在PDM系统中并监控落实。
7. Responsible for system knowledge related traing.
负责内部对于质量系统相关知识的培训。

Position Specification 岗位要求：
1. College or above 大专及以上学历
2. Familiar with IATF ,VDA6.3 standard and quality tools, internal auditor for IATF and VDA 6.3 is preferred 熟悉IATF、VDA6.3标准及各种质量工具，有IATF及VDA 6.3内审资格证者优先
3. Good command in written and reading English, fluent in listening and oral English is preferred.
良好的英语读写能力，英语听说流利者优先
4. Skillful to use office software to support presentation preparation and data analysis.
