This position will develop and execute inventory strategies to support fill rate goals and inventory efficiencies 1.Allocate inventory to 3PL’s according to unfulfilled orders and future demand 2.Allocate unfulfilled orders to the different 3PL’s according to the order shipping destination 3.Review component demand, semi finished product demand and finished product demand and define the stock transfer needs 4.Coordinate with supply chain team for purchase order creation between companies of the group 5.Generate assembly plans with China plant and with sub-contractors outside of China. 6.Supervise component and semi finished good incoming at sub-contractors, manage assembly component scraps 7.Allocate assembled goods at sub-contractors to the different 3PL's (Amazon, warehouse, ...) to reach targeted inventory coverage. 8.Establishes best methods to ensure desired inventory levels and fill rate goals are achieved in all 3PL’s 9.Utilizes reporting on daily/weekly basis to maintain system to support and drive optimal inventory levels and to take corrective actions where possible (define assembly priorities) 10.Develops and implements replenishment models & timelines such as seasonality pre-builds, new launches, promotions, and existing items 11.Performs analysis and reviews of min/max inventory levels, increase/ decrease as necessary to support forecasts 12.Review with each business unit sales forecasts of each brands considering past consumption and seasonality 13.Reviews aging inventory on regular basis to minimize obsolete or excess inventory creates and monitors action plans to minimize inventory liability including follow up on hold and blocked Inventory for disposition as well as inventory rebalancing 14.Upon management request, calculate producible quantity based on available component inventory 15.Recommends product discontinuation to Brand manager on slow moving SKU’s 16.Maintain product status in ERP
Qualification: 1. Bachelor's degree from any field. 2. 5+ years of relevant job experience. 3. This role will have to coordinate with Retail sales team, Amazon sales team and brand manager team therefore needs good English skills. 4.Great sense of responsibility.Teamwork spirit. 5. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
