工作职责: 1. Be responsible for the assigned customer accounts, manage customer orders: proceed customer purchase orders, interface with customers and transfer customer reschedule in/ out requirement to supply chain. Following up with internal logistical team on the shipment 2. Assist Financial team on the payment chasing. 3. Interface with Market team on customer’s RFQ , maintain the formal quotation in system for track . 4. Deal with customer sample application and follow up the new business opportunity , 5. take action on customers' complaints about delivery, quality and other issues within 12hours. 6. Improve continually customers’ satisfaction per work closely with customer and internal team. 7. Do monthly booking and revenue forecast and track it closely to achieve the target . 8. Fluent in both of written and spoken English. 9. Good Computer skill.
