YOUR ROLE 你承担的角色
We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager with expertise in luxury residential interior materials to join our team. This role will focus on sourcing premium-quality materials for high-end villa development projects and furniture projects. The successful candidate will have a strong network of suppliers in China, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of luxury interior materials.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 工作职责
* Lead the sourcing of high-end interior materials such as flooring, tiles, fixtures, lighting, and custom furnishings. 领导高端室内材料的开发采购，如地板、瓷砖、灯具、照明和定制家具。
* Build and maintain a robust network of reliable suppliers and manufacturers in China. 在中国建立并维护一个由可靠供应商和制造商组成的强大网络。
* Conduct thorough assessments of material quality and ensure they meet the standards for luxury residential development. 对材料质量进行彻底评估，确保其符合豪华住宅开发的标准。
* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals while maintaining premium quality. 与供应商协商定价、合同和条款，以确保在保持优质质量的同时获得最优交易。
* Manage procurement budgets and conduct cost analyses to ensure materials are sourced efficiently. 管理采购预算并进行成本分析，以确保有效采购材料。
* Ensure all materials comply with international standards, regulations, and sustainability practices, including eco-friendly options where applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 素质能力要求
* Proven experience in sourcing luxury interior materials, with a focus on high-end residential villa projects . 在采购豪华室内材料方面拥有丰富的经验，专注于高端住宅别墅项目。
* Strong knowledge of premium interior finishes and the ability to assess material quality. 对高级室内装修有深入了解，并具备评估材料质量的能力。
* A well-established supplier network within China. 在中国拥有丰富的供应商网络。
* Excellent negotiation skills, with experience in contract management and terms negotiation. 优秀的谈判技巧，有合同管理和条款谈判经验。
* Ability to manage procurement budgets and optimize cost-efficiency. 能够管理采购预算并优化成本效益。
* Strong understanding of quality control processes to ensure materials meet the highest standards. 对质量控制流程有深入的了解，以确保材料符合***标准。
* Familiarity with local and international regulations and sustainability practices in material sourcing. 在物料开发采购上面，熟知当地及国际可持续实践的规则制度。
* Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, with excellent communication skills. 英文，普通话，广东话流利，优秀的沟通技能。
* Willingness to travel within China to meet suppliers and conduct inspections. 愿在国内各处出差，面见供应商及检查物料供应状态。
PREFERRED QUALIFIFCATIONS: 具备以下素质能力者优先
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. 供应链，采购相关专业本科学历
* Experience working in luxury residential or high-end interior design sectors. 有豪华住宅或高端室内设计行业工作经验。
* Hands on management 动手参与的管理风格。
