Responsibilities 职责:
● On-site support partner to do new project/product pilot-run and production
transformation 现场支持合作伙伴进行新的项目/产品试运行和量产转移
● Work with partner to review their quality inspection method and standard, guide and support partner to setup quality inspection standard and criteria for new products 与合作伙伴一起评审其质量检验方法和标准，指导和支持合作伙伴为新产品建立质量检验标准和准则
● Follow drawing/specification and PO requirements to do VQC(virtual quality check), real parts inspection and release, or on-site inspection and parts release 按照图纸/规范和 PO要求进行 VQC（虚拟质量检验）、实物检验和放行，或现场检验和放行
● RMA (customer claim) handling, work with partner to dig out root cause and
improvement actions through professional quality management tools: FAT, 5-why, SCAR (5D or 8D), etc. RMA（客户投诉）处理，与合作伙伴一起通过专业的质量管理工具找出问题的根本原因和改进行动，如 FAT、5-who、SCAR（5D 或 8D）等。
● Participate new products NPI process, include process audit and QMS audit. Collect and review partners APQP/PPAP documents to ensure the Safe-launch 参与新产品的 NPI 流程，包括过程审核和质量管理体系审核。收集和审核合作伙伴的 APQP/PPAP 文件，以确保安全投产

Education and Qualifications 教育和资质:
●College degree or above, major at Machinery Design, Machinery Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Industry Automation, Industrial Engineering, etc 大专及以上学历，机械设计、机械制造、机电一体化、工业自动化、工业工程等专业
●Minimum of 2 year quality inspection and management experience in a CNC or Injection Molding machine shop, or assembly industry mass-production manufacturing environment

●Ability to interpret engineering drawings, familiar with G D&T, can identify Critical to Quality (CTQ) on engineering drawings/specifications 能够读懂工程图纸，熟悉公差配合，能够识别工程图纸/规范上的质量关键特性（CTQ）
