工作内容：
83 Responsible for Overpass High Speed IO connector and cable assembly solution development / existing product maintenance.
83 Work closely with US engineering team/vendor/sales/Marketing including customer in getting the right and clear plan to execute
83 Lead development of new product and product extension from concept through release to operations following the Amphenol high speed IO product development process (DFMEA, FAI, ECN, etc.).
83 Coordinate the prototype sample making and design verification through FEA, Tolerance Analysis and verification testing
83 Provide concept for local customers / design and feasibility study, design review meeting, customer support documentation, drawing / spec / necessary engineering documents release and archive.
83 Take leadership in resolving quality issues from determining root cause analysis, definition of corrective actions through closure while managing design & engineering changes .
83 Technical support to customer, conduct necessary test, engineering analysis. Interacts with vendors, marketing and sales personnel, and other engineering areas for working alignment.
83 Work with FAI approvals, Process Capability Study, and 5 WHY analysis.
83 Periodically engineering review and report
83 Domestic/oversea business travel if needed.
83 Other tasks assigned by Engineer manager.

83 University degree or above majored in mechanical engineering or related field required
83 3-5 years working experience in high speed connector or consumer industries in technology field.
83 Experience of engineering & souring project management
83 Good hands-on working experience, willing and keen for hands-on work-
83 Basic knowledge in machining, molding, stamping, plating, cable assembly process – high speed signaling knowledge a plus
83 Learn to use Solidwork or AutoCAD software with solid working experience
83 Knowledge in Basic Quality techniques
83 Good organizational and interpersonal skills – team first attitude.
83 Willing communicator, Good English speaking and writing skills
83 Good presentation skills with usage of PowerPoint presentations.
83 Mastery of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
83 Effective problem solving skills, willingness/ability to deal with multiple product and assigned tasks.
83 Team worker, flexible and willing attitude to accept new responsibilities
