We are seeking an experienced Air Cargo Sales Team Lead to lead our cargo sales team, drive sales growth, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in the air cargo sector, capable of formulating and implementing effective sales strategies to support the company's overall objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement cargo sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and profit growth. 2. Team Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure efficient performance and teamwork. 3. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain existing customer relationships and actively develop new clients to establish long-term partnerships. 4. Market Analysis: Gather market intelligence, monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. 5. Sales Target Setting: Set and oversee sales targets, ensuring the team meets performance indicators on time. 6. Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to the sales team to enhance their professional skills and sales techniques. 7. Reporting and Feedback: Prepare regular sales performance reports and present team results and market trends to management.
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in aviation, logistics management, or a related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in air cargo sales, with more than 2 years team management experience. 3. Excellent customer relationship management and sales skills, with a proven track record in a competitive market. 4. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 5. Familiarity with aviation cargo industry regulations and market dynamics. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant sales management software; 7. Fluent in written and spoken English. 8. Strong goal orientation and results-driven; ability to work independently and solve problems.
