Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for customer (mainly ODE-Owner/EPC/Designment Institutes) development & market development in order to drive business Development in Oil & Gas market in the assigned territory 2. Drive Key Projects to deliver the Business Results and KPIs; 3. Provide market insights & propose strategy/tactics/initiatives & business plan on the focused markets & focused territory 4. Identify the Key Accounts of the Region of the Segments and specify Hempel in the vender list for the key target projects; 5. Maintain close working collaborations with direct sales team and distribution sales team 6. Working as the knowledge centre to support and drive the sales development in Oil & Gas market in assigned territory 7. Implement Execute Key Initiatives of BD Team according to the Strategy and the Growth Plan 8. Achieving Yearly KPI and Month Targets base on Oil & Gas segment sales budget 9. Conduct Team communicating to each functions 10. Plan and monitor daily BD activities to make sure that target is achieved External relationship building. 11. Cooperate with Sales and GKA to support overseas projects.
Job Requirements: 1. At least 3 years working experience in sales or business development role in Oil & Gas industry 2. Coating background is a preferred 3. Lead or play dominant role in at least two complete successful projects 4. Experience in new customer development & project hunting 5. Familiar with Coating Products spec-in process 6. Have existing career network with Design Institutes, EPC companies and Owners 7. Project Management Experiences 8. Good insights for new business development 9. Good English skill is a preferred 10. Good planning skill 11. Open minded & good adaptability 12. Highly self-driving and motivated 13. Is able to work under high pressure 14. Good presentation skill
