Job Summary: 61 PIM(power integrated module) product development and optimization: propose performance and quality targets for new power modules(IGBT modules, SiC modules and Si/SiC hybrid modules) based on market demand, mainly for solar inverter and energy storage applications. 61 PIM product test and validation: Develop test plan, design test board and perform electrical parametric tests (DC, AC) and thermal/mechanical performance validation for prototype/engineering samples. 61 Problem analysis and resolution: Do trouble shooting for common problems for power module applications, such as turn on/ turn off behavior, Miller behavior, gate switching characteristics, RBSOA and junction temperature related problems, etc. Assist in resolving technical issues in customer applications. 61 Documentation preparation: Create datasheets, application notes, white papers and user manuals. 61 Competitive analysis: Make comparative analysis of peer products.
Qualifications: 61 Bachelor/Master in Electrical/Electronics/Power Electronics. 61 5+ years of experience in the field of designing Power Electronics. 61 Good understanding of different topologies like half bridge, full bridge, 2-level, 3-level inverter and converter, PFC topology….. etc are required. 61 Experiences on designing gate drivers circuit, driver power, relative protection circuits , electric simulation, and driver’s characteristics are required. 61 Knowledge of simulation tools like PLECS, P-spice, Saber, Matlab, Mathcad is preferred. 61 Good aptitude and attitude of hardworking.
