岗位要求：
1.工科背景，能用英语口语开会；
2.一年以上Sourcing经验；
3.有水泵/热交换器/冷凝器/蒸发器/蓄能器其中一个品类的供应商开发经验；
4.有热设计产品的经验或SQE经验者更佳。

Main Tasks:
1. To manage local suppliers and categories
2. Responsible for assigned categories

Responsibilities：
1. Execute suppliers and parts phase in/out in resourcing initiatives
2. Execute change process (ECO, ECR)
3. Support Marketing and sales to review product costs
4. Manage on-site build procurement.
5. Monthly Direct Material Savings measurements
6. New parts set up in the system
7. Local category management included local category RFQ for new projects and sourcing strategy
8. Support CSL on sourcing strategies development and roll out
9. The point of contact in sourcing for Quality or Delivery escalation
