Job Responsibilities 1. IM site Injection Molding production team leader 2. Production KPIs’ achievements and continuous improvement 3. Responsible for IM production shop floors Safety, as number one KPI 4. Deliver orders fulfillment in term of quality, cost and delivery 5. Able to collaborate, work well and effectively with cross functional departments peers and leaders 6. Set IM team goals and objectives. 7. IM machines and peripheral equipment maintenance, TPM, spare parts plan to ensure they are in an optimum condition 8. New production introduction qualification support and ensuring timely delivery to projects timelines 9. Team coaching and leadership Job Requirements 1. Bachelor above, at least 10 years above in related high volume plastic injection molding, with good experiences and knowledge in Injection molding and injection molding related secondary processes, next to press automation or related technical/engineering background. 2. Ability to adapt and work with global sites teams with different cultural background, on molds and equipment transfers and knowledge transfer 3. Communicate well in English and Chinese. Good written and spoken ability is preferred. 4. Flexible mobile capability, can travel to Hayco Global sites for a short term assignment support, if needed 5. Knowledge in injection molding issues deep dive trouble shooting, familiar with upstream material management, downstream assembly processes, Lean, SGA, 8D problem solving and six-sigma will be an advantage. 6. Good Presentation skill and Reporting ability will be an advantage 7. Innovative, a good problem solver and willing to take new challenges.
