岗位职责：
1、负责各部门岗位的人才猎挖、招聘；
2、开拓、维护现有行业人才资源库，充分利用各招聘渠道获储备并及时补充公司所需人才；
3、积极有效的跟进招聘全过程，包括简历筛选、面试通知、面试接待、面试评估、录用审批、入职跟踪等各环节；
4、定期的招聘报告总结与分析，提高招聘效率；
5、高效完成项目性招聘任务工作安排；
6、协助部门负责人处理其他人力资源业务工作。 1. Responsible for talent hunting and recruitment of positions in various departments;
2. Develop and maintain the existing industry talent resource base, make full use of various recruitment channels to obtain reserves and timely supplement the talents needed by the company;
3. Actively and effectively follow up the whole process of recruitment, including resume screening, interview notification, interview reception, interview evaluation, employment approval, entry tracking and other links;
4, regular recruitment report summary and analysis, improve recruitment efficiency;
5, efficient completion of the project recruitment task work arrangement; 6. Assisted the department head to deal with other human resources business work.
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源相关专业；
2、有3年以上专职招聘工作经验，具备3C产品或者医疗器械同行业招聘经验优先，熟悉各类招聘渠道和面试技巧运用，有猎头经验尤佳；
3、能够迅速准确地理解需求，熟练掌握面试技巧，能独立进行面试和甄选；
4、较强的执行力、进取心、适应力和抗压能力；
5、优秀的沟通能力，工作严谨高效，能很好地进行团队合作。 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources;
2, more than 3 years of full-time recruitment work experience, with 3C products or medical equipment industry recruitment experience is preferred, familiar with various recruitment channels and interview skills, headhunting experience is preferred;
3, can quickly and accurately understand the needs, master the interview skills, can independently conduct the interview and selection;
4, strong execution, initiative, adaptability and ability to work under pressure;
5, excellent communication skills, rigorous and efficient work, can be a good team cooperation.
