Job Description: 1. Analysing , reviewing and adjusting sales and purchasing forecast according to past data and budget, 2.Determining supply planning activities on related suppliers-product categories and manage customers’ orders with suppliers, according to desired customer service level. 3.Measuring and planning the improvement of supplier performance. 4.Monitoring inventory levels to ensure enough availability, create a balance between supply and demand and regularly get in touch with sales teams to have updated sales plans, 5.Reviewing or updating supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws, 6.Taking part in S&OP meetings monthly in order to establish alignment and synchronisation among supply and demand, actively contribute to the forecasting process.
Requirement: 1.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Departments, 2.Having experience in product/material planning, supply and procurement processes, experienced user of SAP ECC (R/3), 3.Knowledge of International trade and logistics operations, 4.Excellent verbal and written skills in English, 5.Thinking broadly about business, 6.Understanding the needs of the market & customer, 7.Having the desire to do outstanding jobs, 8.Recognising and understanding the emotions of other people, 9.Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility, 10.Building collaboration, 11.Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas. 12.Flexible and open the new perspectives, 13.A great team player with self-initiative mindset, 14.Being open to communication is always a priority
