80Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize sales. 80Oversee product listings, including uploading new products, updating descriptions, and optimizing images. 80Monitor and analyze website performance, customer behavior, and sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth. 80Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media. 80Conduct regular site audits to ensure the website is functioning correctly, is user-friendly, and is optimized for search engines. 80Manage inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and the logistics team to ensure timely product availability. 80Handle customer inquiries and issues related to the online store, providing exceptional customer service. 80Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, Shopify updates, and industry best practices.
Qualifications: 80Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing an e-commerce store, with a focus on Shopify. 80Proven track record of driving online sales growth and achieving e-commerce KPIs. 80Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization. 80Proficiency in using Shopify, Google Analytics, and other e-commerce tools and platforms. 80Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills. 80Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 80Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. 80Experience with HTML/CSS and basic web design principles is a plus.
