Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for operation management on E-Commerce platforms, like Tmall, JD, Douyin, develop operation planning and promotion plan on E-Commerce platforms, and implement in place to accomplish monthly/annual sales target. 2. Familiar with different promotion channels and methods on platforms, responsible for effective flow and sales volume on self-operation platforms, with timely tracking, evaluation and statistical analysis, and bring out improvement plan accordingly. 3. Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly data monitoring, analysis and feedback to dig user demand and improve sales. 4. Solve problems in daily work, guarantee co-operating teamwork, supervise and continuously improve team's performance. 5. Monitor and Co-work with TP to keep operation on track.
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computing, marketing, economics or other related fields. 2. 3 years or more consumer goods e-commerce operation experience, more than 1-year experiences of e-commerce team management, experience on pet products operation, branding and reputation building is preferred. 3. Familiar with the current situation and development trend of the industry, proficient in operation of digital marketing, familiar with all key points of e-commerce operation, with profound understanding and views. 4. Strong ability on data analysis ability, especially data of statistical application of Ali and JD. 5. Proven track record of managing large promotional events like Double 11 and 618. 6. Tmall experience will be preference. Other relevant platforms with successful case study can also be considered. 7. Fluency in English & Chinese with ability to communicate independently. 8. Skilled at driving customer results by utilizing program/project management abilities.
