Job Summary 职位概要 The Supply Chain Management Control Tower will act as a centralized hub for visibility and facilitate decision-making in between operation and customers. 供应链管理控制塔将作为集中式枢纽,提供可视化管理并促进运营与客户之间的决策制定。 Key Responsibilities 主要职责 61 Overseeing customers’ PO Management flow and manage exceptions. 监督客户的采购订单管理流程,处理异常情况。 61 Create and implement strategic account service plans and operational guidelines to consistently improve service quality and operational efficiency. 制定并实施战略性客户服务计划和操作指南,持续提升服务质量和运营效率。 61 Monitoring the SCM operation team, and facilitate the decision-making, especially on exception case. 监控供应链管理运营团队,尤其是在处理异常情况下,协助决策制定。 61 Facilitating communication among different parties (suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers) to ensure smooth operations. 促进不同方(出口商、制造商、进口商和零售商)之间的沟通,确保运营顺畅。 61 Execute the carrier management strategy given by the company and to liaise with local SCM operation team in managing bookings. 执行公司提供船公司管理战略,协调本地供应链管理运营团队管理订舱事宜。 61 Identify potential risk in operation and provide actionable insight and recommendation for necessary stakeholders including customers. 识别运营中的潜在风险,提供可行的见解和建议给相关利益方,包括客户。 61 Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIS) to evaluate customers’ efficiency and effectiveness and strive for continuous improvement. 跟踪关键绩效指标(KPI),评估客户的效率和效果,并努力持续改进。 61 Act as support to projects + initiatives relating to improve customer acquisition, implementations, and product/system development 支持与客户获取、实施以及产品/系统开发相关的项目和举措。 61 Support SCM Product development and support new client on-boarding. 支持供应链管理产品开发并协助新客户的入驻。 Qualifications资格要求 : Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 教育背景:供应链管理、工商管理或相关领域的学士学位。 61 8+ years of experience in supply chain management or operations, with control tower supervisory experience preferred. 8年以上供应链管理或运营经验,具有Control Tower监督经验者优先。 61 Good understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management. 对供应链流程、物流和库存管理有深刻理解。 61 With track record and experience in PO Management Project and carrier allocation management. 具备采购订单管理项目和承运商分配管理的经验与成功记录。 61 Enthusiastic in teamwork & strong mind-set of customer centricity & strong problem-solving skills. 对团队合作充满热情,具备以客户为中心的思维模式和解决问题的能力。 61 Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with QPR experience with oversea clients preferred 具备有效的沟通和人际交往能力,有与海外客户做定期绩效讨论经验者优先。 61 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力。
