贸易合规专员 / 关务 / 中美贸易国际海关 About the Role: This role serves as the Customs compliance subject matter expert/resource that provides support related to importing and exporting products and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices. Partners with designated customs brokers to monitor, audit, report, and improve import/export-related activities for THRASIO, LLC and third parties, and to develop, validate, and improve processes and procedures to ensure THRASIO, LLC regulatory compliance. The coordinator is responsible for supporting the objectives of the Supply Chain Operations department and will work closely with other departments such as Finance, Legal, Sourcing & Purchasing, etc. to ensure compliance. Responsibilities: 1) Interface with customs brokers, suppliers, and service providers (carriers, freight forwarders, etc.) on all matters related to regulatory requirements and customs compliance for the import or export of products to the US. This may include but is not limited to the issuance of clearance instructions, monitoring ISF and entry filing status and any changes, and auditing. 2) Work with customs brokers to resolve questions and provide information, as needed, for timely Customs clearance, preparation of Customs Entry amendments, and Post-Entry Corrections for submission to customs. 3) Provide support with HTS number classifications for all THRASIO, LLC products to internal departments, and as required for due diligence and customs entry filing. Maintain HTS database for all THRASIO, LLC products and collaborate with broker/trade advisory and internal stakeholders to update as necessary. 4) Collaborate cross-functionally with the Sourcing team on obtaining product details and information needed for classification and other regulatory requirements applicability, from suppliers. Work with Product Integrity and Product Compliance groups to facilitate gathering, recording, and filing product-related information (i.e. PGA, LACEY forms, TSCA, etc.). 5) Develop and maintain reports with compliance-related metrics for internal use. Gather, file, and facilitate distribution of external partners (brokers, Customs & Border Protection, trade advisory) reports to internal stakeholders, as needed. 6) Audit import entries and export transactions, as needed, to reconcile and ensure the accuracy of broker charges. Verify and validate third-party invoices and supporting documentation for duties, fees, surcharges, penalties, etc. 7) Assist Head of International Trade Compliance with developing long-term plans for THRASIO, LLC trade and customs compliance, including visibility, reporting, database management, auditing tools, and KPIs. Contribute to the creation and implementation of compliance programs and policies company-wide, including the development of SOPs, Trade Compliance Manuals, and guidelines for suppliers, service providers, and internal departments. 8) Participate in continuing education and in turn, assist in training internal departments in areas related to customs compliance and other government regulations that may affect the import of THRASIO, LLC products. 9) Project management ownership; define the scope of problems and determine the best methods to measure the impact and benefits of the proposed solution. Perform research and special projects as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: 1) Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, or logistics. 2) Demonstrated experience dealing with clearance of import shipments in the US, overseeing and managing import/export compliance process, customs brokerage, interactions with broker and Customs and Border Protection, as well as other US Government regulatory agencies. 3) Knowledge of import regulations, including CTPAT, FTAs, NAFTA, etc., ISF process. 4) Excellent working knowledge of Harmonized Tariff Schedule/commodity classification process & INCOTERMS. 5) Experience dealing with CBP and external trade compliance experts/advisory. 6) Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Detail-oriented and strong analytical background. 7) Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, PowerBI, and NetSuite Good presentation, oral and written communication skills. 8) Excellent problem-solving/analytical skills Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
