Role Purpose
To support divisional FP&A and relevant stakeholders by driving key deliverable with reliable data and financial analysis for planning and decision making.

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities
61 Monitor, analyse and roll up the Apparel divisional cum business units financial information for actuals, monthly forecasts and plan exercise
61 Support to ensure number accuracy with insights and timelines are met (eg Sales Flash on WD2, Results Flash on BCS close + 1 day, Results pack on BCS close + 2 days, Forecast pack, etc)
61 Provide *** line review of divisional roll ups
61 Interact with CoE/R2R to link financial information from various sources to provide meaningful financial reports to assure appropriate data reconciliation
61 Support on sensitivity analysis, Simulation cases etc
61 Respond to ad-hoc requests and queries related to FP&A from business/Group/other Divisions/units
61 Work closely with units FP&A team to ensure consistent practices in the roll ups
61 Participates in FP&A meetings and workgroups to identify and implement efficiencies to improve performance
61 Lead automation wherever warranted with help of COE team.
61 Develop a consistent budgeting and forecasting approach across the units
61 Support all insightful analysis as needed from time to time on adhoc basis


Requirements
61 Bachelor’s degree and experience in finance or accounting or a related area
61 General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
61 Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders
61 Ability to multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
61 Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
61 Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization
61 Strong English skills
