2.2 Line layout/ Line balance chart/ StaB/ Ergo. 线布局图，线平衡图，StaB， 人机工程
2.3 Capacity planning. 产能计算
2.4 Plant CapEx management. 工厂投资管理
2.5 Responsibility for IATF16949 & BPS audit. 负责体系审核

3 Continue improvement 持续改善
3.1 Productivity increasing project derivation and lead. 推动并主导效率提升改善项目
3.2 Lead lean line design. 主导精益生产线设计
3.3 Lead Shop floor layout improvement. 主导车间布局改善
3.4 Lead quality problem solving. 主导质量问题解决
3.5 Lead RPP activity for target achievement. 主导成本改善

Qualification:
1 Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering and technology. 机械类、电子类、工业工程专业学士学位
2 2+ years on process. 2年以上工艺经验
3 Interpersonal skill and presenting skill in front of cross function audience is a prior. 团队合作能力和报告能力强优先
4 With BPS experience is plus. 博世生产系统经验优先
3 IE knowledge well. 工业工程知识
4 PjM experience, lead improvement projects. 项目管理经验，主导改善项目
5 Fluent in both verbal and writing English and able to be working language. 英文流利，可作为工作语言
