工作职责：
83 Develop new molding processes for new projects according to company’s scientific methods and procedures, including but not limited to SIM reports, PFMEA for molding process, etc.
根据公司的科学方法和程序，为新项目开发新的注塑工艺, 包括但不限于注塑过程中的科学注塑报告，PFMEA等。
83 Develop Work Instructions for molding process for operation excellence and train users.
为顺利生产和培训员工制定注塑过程的工作指引。
83 Continuously drive improvements in terms of OEE, FPY, Scrap and cycle times.
持续推动OEE，FPY，报废率和生产周期的改进。
83 Support tooling FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), developing scientific molding process with supplier.
支持模具FAT（工厂验收测试），与供应商一起开发科学的成型工艺。
83 Responsible for the tooling SAT (Site Acceptance Test) with support of Tooling team.
在模具团队的支持下，负责模具SAT（现场验收测试）。
83 Be an active member of the NPI team to exceed customer expectations and work closely with Program Manager / Project Engineer for program success.
作为NPI团队的积极成员，与项目经理/项目工程师密切合作，超越客户的期望，以取得项目成功。
83 Handle NCMR process from technical point of view.
从技术角度处理NCMR流程。
83 Responsible for the technical process part of Corrective and Preventive Actions for any customer or internal product complaint.
负责客户或内部产品投诉的纠正和预防措施的技术部分。
83 Involve in Customer Audit in related molding field.
参与相关注塑领域的客户审核。
83 To carry out other assignments from his/her direct supervisor if necessary.

任职要求
83 Junior college degree or above, over two years related work experience.
大专以上学历，两年以上相关工作经验。
83 English skill: To be able to read and write and preferably speak basic English.
英语技能：能够读写，英语进行基本沟通。
