Project Engineer Reporting to the Engineering Manager the candidate will be responsible for the following: 84Handle project development, manage project schedule 842-5 years in mechanical design 84Experience in welding process, tube fabrication 84Provide technical support in project management and manufacturing process 84Communicate with sales project manager to ensure complete understanding of specifications 84Receive and analyze all information packages related to company products, identifying spare parts required for each product. 84Confirm all information listed with the global engineering/operations team; including but not limited to spare parts: material specification, technical, process and testing and inspection requirements 84Communicate all spare part component and product information packages within group, involving oral and written communications with UK and Australia. 84Co-Ordinate with Buyer to ensure that all quotations submitted from any supplier are according to the Days agreed standards. 84Complete on-site testing at supplier facilities to ensure that products have been made to specification and passed all testing and inspection. 84Complete database: 84Specifications 84Drawings 80Exploded Drawings 80Detailed designs 84Sample report 84Packaging 84Identify high volume spare parts and work with quality team and engineering team to identify root cause and corrective action. 84Monitor inventory of spare parts with supplier and internal clients Requirements Include: 84Solid experience in Asian sourcing 84Minimum 2 Year experience 84BS or BA Degree, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 84Ability to function in a team environment 84Strong interpersonal and communication skills 84Must be an energetic self starter, focused on completing tasks without close supervision 843D and other CAD package knowledge preferred. 84Excellent computer knowledge using Microsoft Office Suite 84Fluency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese would be an advantage) 84Experience working for Western managed company an advantage. 84Based Full-Time in Shenzhen China, Lo Hu District.
