We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Support Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Customer support for the game War Robots( 游戏《机甲战队》 )in China. Responsibilities: - Provide top-tier support to Chinese-speaking gamers, working closely with developers to enhance the player experience. - Manage user inquiries, including timely response, prioritization, and effective problem-solving. - Coordinate with the technical team for resolving complex issues and anomalies encountered during gameplay. - Manage and organize gamer feedback and inquiries, and respond to them as needed. - Assist with technical issues, account recovery, and clarification of game mechanics. - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents related to user feedback and queries. - Handle confidential user information with discretion and professionalism. - Be familiar with work management tools such as Google, Microsoft Office, and Jira - Participate in regular meetings with developers and other stakeholders. Qualifications: - Proven experience in customer support or a similar role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - High level of professionalism and discretion. - Ability to work independently and take initiative. - Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed. - Interest or record in the gaming industry is a plus. - Candidate should be based in Shenzhen.
