Main responsibilities 1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. 2. While discovering new business opportunities, establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. 3. Analyze market trends and competitor activities, provide information for sales strategies, and identify growth opportunities. 4. Proactively generate potential customers through networking, making phone calls, and participating in industry events. 5. Provide compelling sales and product demonstrations to potential customers. 6. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement is reached. 7. Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals. 8. Accurately record sales activities, channels, and forecasts in the system.
Job requirements: 1. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields. 2. Years or more of sales experience; People with more experience will be considered as senior sales executives. 3. A good record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. 4. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions. 6. Self motivation, focus on results. 7. Having experience dealing with overseas clients will be an advantage.
