Job description:
* To work with quality team or project team on the EMQS /MDE test preparation (SEB internal test plan and methodology) and workout test schedule, do the test correctly and deliver the report on time.
* To communicate with quality and project team in the test status, optimize test arrangement and make sure test progress following the test schedule as aligned
* To discuss with BU lab for the test method, and make alignment among supplier lab, BU lab and SZ lab.
* To enhance SZ lab capability for test mapping on home comfort and personal care product category and keep good communication with BU lab team.
* To support manager and build internal qualification plan/training plan for HPC test expert for SZ lab team
* To optimize test efficiency by applying tools or better process

Basic Requirement:
* Bachelor degree of Mechanical / Electrical / Process Engineering
* More than 4 years of experience in SDA products testing on or similar position
* Fluent Chinese (Mandarin), can read and write English fluently, can speak simple English at least.
* Willing to travel, especially to east of China.
