Summary
The function of this role is to provide dedicated daily and general supports to Commercial team including Marketing, P&C, HR and Admin. Departments as needed. It will mainly involve information/data collection, document filing and provide Chinese/English translation. In addition, this position will assist in the departmental routine work and other ad-hoc assignments.
Responsibilities
83 Support on administrative work for Commercial team including Marketing, P&C, HR and Admin. Departments as required;
83 Assist in information collection, including but not limited to downloading and distributing market intelligence reports, document filing, searching for relevant government policies or official documents to the businesses of Commercial team;
83 Provide Chinese/English translation for any materials as needed;
83 Help deliver departmental routine reports if necessary;
83 Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
83 Degree in Business or Commerce related;
83 Proactive self-starter, motivated, can both operate individually and as part of a team.
