Responsibilities: 61 Proactive involvement in factory audit, selection & improvement and ensure that production is placed with suitably qualified factories based on capability, capacity and performance. 61 Work with factories, as well as suppliers to improve the factory base to consistently meet or exceed those objectives. 61 Provide technical support to factory management for suppliers & factories in multiple locations. 61 Manage the FCCA (Factory Capability and Capacity Audit) process - conduct FCCA, review the FCCA reports & Corrective Action Plans and ensure an accurate database maintained. 61 Conduct gap analysis on audited factories’ capabilities and recommend factory development activities. 61 Develop and maintain Factory Quality Performance Indices (QPI). 61 Set up & maintain Factory Quality Performance Scorecard System to key and strategic suppliers/factories. 61 Conduct operational analysis on approved factories’ performances and recommend factory improvement activities. 61 Manage Factory Quality Excellence Review Program with key and strategic suppliers/factories. 61 Conduct training on FCCA techniques to internal auditors. 61 Conduct orientation workshops to suppliers/factories on FCCA and client’s audit requirements in addition to updates on industry auditing standards. 61 Review, comment and provide guidance on 3rd Party’s Responsible Sourcing audit reports. 61 Support different clients’ Corporate Responsible Sourcing initiatives & programs in terms of reporting and administration of questionnaires. 61 Lead in company-wide annual ISO certifications, FSC accreditation and SMETA audits. Also, champion client audit visits whenever necessary. Requirements: 61 Degree holder from a recognized University. 61 ISO9001 Lead Auditor certified preferred. ISO22000 Lead Auditor certification is an added advantage. 61 Over 10 years of experience in factory auditing field in a retail / sourcing environment. 61 Over 5 years of experience in hardlines production and quality assurance. 61 Thorough knowledge of ISO & SMETA standards and Quality Assurance systems. 61 Proven people management and coaching capability. 61 Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin, ability to work and communicate effectively at all levels. 61 Ability to travel within China and overseas as-and-when required. 61 Reporting to Senior Manager, Vendor Compliance based in HK.
