Job Description: Following up all the affairs of shipments which are before of on board, such as: 1. Handle booking issues; 2. Update vessel schedule to customers regularly; 3. Handle relative enquires from customers by calls or mails ; 4. Handling special case, like COD / Empty return / Un-claim shipment / abandoned cargo; 5. VGM checking and submitting; 6. Issue loading report / weekly report to management. 1. 处理订舱事宜; 2. 定期更新船期表给客户; 3. 处理客户电话及邮件的咨询; 4. 处理一些特殊事件,比如改港,返空,目的港滞留很久不提的箱子,收货人放弃的柜子; 5. VGM的查询及申报; 6. 为管理层做开船报告及周报告。
Requirements: 1. College graduates or above, logistics and shipping majors are preferable; 2. One-year shipping company working experience is preferable. Be familiar with booking procedure and allocation control procedure; 3. CET-4 or above, fluent oral/ writing English ability; 4. Good computer skill, familiar with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc; 5. Good communication skills & have strong teamwork spirit; 6. Independent, stable, self-motivated, hardworking and responsible; 7. Can stand working pressure, willing to work overtime; 8. Good customer service consciousness.
