Position: Commercial Performance Manager Job Responsibilities: 1. Pricing Management: Liaising with the Regional RM team to handle business pricing requests and authorizations, including HBA/SBA pricing requests, spot/special rate applications. Managing and maintaining the China region's business pricing system to ensure the achievement of regional yield targets. 2. Contract Performance & AR Monitoring and Management: Managing accounts receivable, contract performance, contract deposits/guarantees, handling No Show and Under Submission cases, ensuring Tonnage/revenue management and SLA compliance of customers, and managing fines. 3. Sales Contract Management: Managing the hard copies, soft copies, document links, and authorizations for contracts such as CASA, HBA, SBA, and various sales contract attachments. Maintaining the contract ledger for the sales department, monitoring contract pricing, and managing risk clauses. 4. Sales Data Collection and Analysis: Collecting and consolidating sales data from various channels, completing weekly and monthly sales reports, and serving as the data source for the sales department. Supporting the sales manager in evaluating the performance of the sales team. 5. Annual Budget, Sales Forecast, and Meeting Data Collection: Gathering data for the annual budget, sales forecast, Pit Stop, Garage, GM meetings, and monitoring sales activities to provide management support to the sales manager. 6. Support for Online and Offline Activities: Supporting online and offline activities with the marketing department, collecting customer merchandise requirements, and managing sales expenses. 7. Market Information Collection: Collecting information on market trends, customer needs, and competitor pricing.
Job Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Aviation management, Supply Chain management, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing management, sales contract management, or financial analysis, preferably in the aviation or logistics 3. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Or Google Suite and familiarity with pricing management software or CRM systems. 6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support cross-functional initiatives, particularly between sales, marketing, and finance teams. 7. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. 8. Understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor pricing dynamics within the industry.
