Job Summary: onsemi is looking for a self-directed, passionate Marketing Analyst with proven experience in marketing execution and operations. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the corporate strategy by delivering go-to-market campaigns that drive demand creation, engagement, and conversion. In this role you will have the opportunity to build relationships with and work with stakeholders across the business including Corporate Marketing, Business Units, Field Sales, Executives, and Distribution/Channel Partner organizations. This position will report to the Head of APAC Corporate Marketing in the onsemi Corporate Marketing organization. This role will be a part of the growing onsemi Marketing team. Event support: 61 Plan, organize, and execute various marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and corporate events. 61 Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and ensure all events align with brand standards and objectives. 61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging event content and presentations. 61 Conduct post-event evaluations to assess effectiveness and gather insights for future improvements.
Public Relations (PR): 61 Support the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, technical articles and the delivery of tech interviews. 61 Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry stakeholders. 61 Monitor media coverage to analyze and report on PR effectiveness.
Digital Marketing: 61 Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and website updates. 61 Analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement. 61 Help maintain the marketing database and segmentation strategies to optimize audience targeting. 61 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Others 61 Actively take a part in driving changes in improving the overall marketing and communications process and synergies, built on data analysis, identifying gaps between status quo and expected outcomes. 61 Acting in close collaboration with the local sales management teams to secure local business priorities are captured in the marketing plan. 61 Manage external supplier relationships including deliverables and expectations through clear and consistent communication and project tracking. Requirements: 61 Bachelor’s degree.
