Objectives This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating logistics control tower operations as well as leading the customer service team. The position ensures efficient transportation and distribution activities while providing exceptional service to customers. The supervisor and executive optimizes supply chain visibility and performance while resolving customer inquiries and issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Logistics Control Tower: 1.Manage day-to-day logistics control tower operations, monitoring shipment tracking and freight movements 2.Utilize control tower systems to gain visibility into orders, and transportation activities 3.Identify and mitigate delays, disruptions or exceptions in the supply chain through contingency plans 4.Collaborate with carriers, suppliers and partners on shipment planning and load optimization 5.Ensure compliance with logistics policies, regulatory requirements and customer commitments
Customer Service: 1.Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints and issues with priority accounts which shipments are mainly exported from Korea, Thailand and Indonesia 2.Collaborating with other departments to enhance overall customer experience 3.Implement policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty 4.Serve as an escalation point for serious customer concerns, taking ownership to resolve issues 5.Partner with internal teams to improve responsiveness and customer-focused processes (Candidate with knowledge of Korean or Indonesian language and culture is an added advantage)
Qualifications 1.5+ years of ocean operations preferred 2.5+ years of customer service, account management or client-facing experience 3.Proficiency with data analysis, reporting and MS Office/CRM tools 4.Speaks and write good English
