Responsibilities: 1. Present and sell forwarding & logistics & Supply Chain services to current and potential clients.( 向现有和潜在客户展示和销售货运、物流和供应链服务。) 2. Responsible for developing existing or new Contract Logistics business within difference industries(负责在不同行业内开发现有或新的合同物流业务) 3. To work collaboratively with the Regional team to ensure that Cluster business development efforts are aligned and in accordance with Regional and Global directives(与区域团队合作,确保集群业务发展工作与区域和全球指令保持一致) 4. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.(跟进现场活动产生的新线索和转介。) 5.To collect market information and extend to business in daily,Collecting marketing information and make cold call and follow up.(收集市场信息并扩展到日常业务,收集营销信息并拨打电话跟进。) 6. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.(确定销售前景,并按照分配联系这些客户和其他客户。) 7. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.(建立和维护现有客户和潜在客户关系。) 8. To help VP of sales and marketing of Aisa to set up sales team and management,to achieve sales goal with team together and strong sales team management.(帮助亚洲销售和市场副总裁建立销售团队和管理层,通过团队合作和强大的销售团队管理来实现销售目标。)
Required Competencies 1. Excellent communication, strong negotiation, and interpersonal skills 2. Excellent analytical ability and judgment 3. Strong commercial sense 4. Good management in sales team and leadership improving. 5. Great team player, aggressive, highly motivated and self-driven 6. Good written and spoken English 7. Good understanding in transportation and logistics and Supply Chain 8. Knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint 9. University or College graduate, fluent in written & spoken English. 10. Minimum 2-3 Years experience in international Forwarding Sales (Sea & Air Freight).
