Overall Responsibilities We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Shenzhen team as a Business Operations Specialist. This role will support our Asia leadership by analyzing data trends, maintaining data quality, and providing insights to improve business efficiency. *Compile and prepare standard weekly and monthly business reports. *Handle vendor payment inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution. *Maintain and update the Vendor Scorecard program. *Maintain the team's organizational chart to reflect current staffing and structure. *Create Excel reports and slideshows as needed to support management in decision-making. *Provide administrative support to management and team members as needed *Other tasks as assigned.
Additional Requirements *Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, International Trade or related field. *3-5 years of experience in data analysis or operations. *Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. *Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. *Attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in data work. *Basic understanding of business operations and metrics. *Excellence communication skills in both English and Chinese. *Experience with SQL or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
