Job Responsibilities：
1. Provide creative package structure design concepts to customers.
2. Verify package concept design through prototypes/ mock ups process.
3. Lock down the final package design for production with customers together.
4. Define all related packaging technical drawings, specifications for production.
5. Create packaging BOM in SAP, release ECR/ECO and system maintenance.
6. Make a thoughtful validation plan for package along with product project plan and implement it.
7. Closely work with product project team together to achieve project targets.
8. Provide creative cost down proposals for customers.
9. Provide technical support & solutions to quality, production team and other Regions (Europe, India etc.).
Job Requirement：
1. 5+ years’ experience in design agencies or creative services department for food, electronics, cosmetics, luxury etc. variant products.
2. Industry/Product Packaging Design education is a must.
3. Professional knowledge of packaging material and manufacturing processes.
4. Proficient with design software, including but not limited to Auto-CAD (and/or ArtiosCAD), Photoshop, Illustrator, Core-Draw, Tops Pro, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 3D design software would be a plus.
5. Business travel is required, up to 20%.
6. Fluent in oral and written English.
7. Excellent troubleshooting skills.
8. Excellent communication and management skill. Being able to communicate logically, efficiently and clearly to team, suppliers and customers.
9. High sense of reasonability and ready to take on a big challenge.
