主要职责Main Responsibilities 1. Implement and achieve monthly/ quarterly/ yearly team commercial KPIs. 完成月度/季度/年度绩效考核目标。 2. Track and feedback on key customer requirements and expectations. 跟踪及反馈关键客户需求。 3. Develop new customers in responsible for area / Industry segment. 在区域/工业行业内发展新客户。 4. Maintain Industry customers relationship, and develop service sales 维护工业客户关系,以及发展售后服务业务。 5. Promote full range of products 产品推广。 6. Submit monthly reports on results and market conditions to Segment sales Manager. 提交月度业务及市场情况报告 7. Make appropriate analysis of the market and competitors. 对市场及竞争对手进行相应的分析。 8. Finish projects assigned by Line Manager. 完成直线经理交办的其他相关工作 9. Be involved in and support the establishment and maintenance of Quality and EHS related system construction, and strictly implement the operation specifications required by the Quality and EHS related system. 参与、支持公司质量及EHS相关体系建设的建立和维护,严格执行质量及EHS相关体系所要求的操作规范。 岗位要求Job Requirement 1. Education background and working experience/教育背景与工作经历: Bachelor degree or above; 5 years or above sales experience in Mechanical and related industry, better in vacuum technology. 本科及以上学历,5年以上太阳能、工业及相关行业销售工作经验,有真空行业背景的优先; 2. Skill/工作技能: Can use English as working language. 可以使用英语作为工作语言。 3. Others/其它: Ability to perform well under stress and meet deadlines. 良好的抗压能力。 Good sales and negotiation skills; Good presentation skill; good interpersonal skill on both individual and team work; Good influencing skill. 良好的销售、谈判、表达、影响、团队合作能力。 Strong business understanding and good knowledge of competitors products and activities. 敏锐的市场嗅觉。
