About the Role This professional HR role requires good knowledge and experience to manage and support various HR activities in a large scale organization in facing 1000 employees. This role is responsible for daily HR work in various HR Operation areas with high quality and independence, including onboarding/offboarding, attendance, work visa, benefits administration, tax compliance, government program and HR project, and HR communication. Improving process and operation excellence is essential in this role to contribute to HR goals.
What You Will Do 61 HR Operation & System - Be the HR contact window of all employees and provide HR advice on general enquires related to HR policy and guidelines. Utilize the WD system for regular data input accuracy and provide data analysis that contributes to problem solving and HR solutions. Manage contract renewals, probation periods, and leave/attendance records. 61 Onboarding and Offboarding - Facilitate the entire onboarding and offboarding process, conduct HR orientation training for new employees, guide managers and employees, and enhance the overall experience at Harman. 61 Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files, in both hard copy and electronic formats; Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies. 61 Payroll handling, Benefits Administration and Tax compliance - Handle payroll data to provide payroll support. Manage employee benefits eligibility and enrollments, including social insurance, commercial insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits. 61 Work Visa & Relocation – Oversee work visa management for foreign employees from end to end. Manage visa vendors and liaise with government authorities to ensure a smooth process. Provide immigration and relocation support or guidance. 61 Learning and Training – Provide support for onsite training facilitation. Act as the local training system administrator and provide data analysis for training programs. 61 Government Program and HR Project – Assess and implement various government programs, develop new processes, interface with government organizations and stakeholder, and ensure compliance with requirements, such as Hukou management and tax subsidy programs, etc. 61 Take initiatives to propose and implement workplace diversity, engagement, and well-being activities through working with cross functions and key stakeholders. 61 Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to identify and support continuous improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance processes and systems.
What You Need 61 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 61 Proven experience in HR operations or similar role 61 Good knowledge in HR related policies, rules, and Labor Law/regulations, Taxation 61 Good communications skills, strong collaboration skills, excellent time-management skills, attention to details; Fluent in English 61 Good at Office software 61 Data and analytical skill
