Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer / Quality Assurance Clerk
Reports to: Senior Compliance Officer

Role & Responsibility:
Documenting the compliance test status to the system
Following sample submission and sample recording
Monitoring the reports, technical issues, and outstanding issues with the laboratories
Handling the compliance test invoices
Recording customer complaints on monthly basis
Creating the product rating label with head office and suppliers
Assisting the senior compliance officer to achieve the legal and customer’s request on the compliance
Supporting and communicating with QA/QM to solve problems

Requirement:
Completion of Form 6 or equivalent
Relevant experience in test laboratories is an advantage
Ability to work independently and be a good team player
Good work initiative, interpersonal and organizational skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
