Your Role:
61 Make a great contribution through verification of innovative consumer products.
61 Take ownership of various types of mechanical design verification tests and support on other verification activities such as development of test methods, creation of simple test apparatus, test execution and test reports generation.
61 Develop reproducible and maintainable test methods (mechanical and electronical test methods for elements, (sub)system integration, functional and non-functional tests) corresponding to design input specifications
61 Assist the T&V architect to prepare for upcoming tests and resource scheduling
61 Tests and measurements coordination, execution and reporting
61 Analyze and post-processing of measurement data by using statistical techniques
61 MSA/ test method validation
61 Carry out testing and provide technical documentation in compliance with internal procedures and external regulations/ standards applicable for consumer products (e.g. according to IEC 60335, ISO 13485, 21CR820, ISO 17025 and GDP)
61 Support/ lead problem-solving activities to determine root cause of the problem
61 Contribute to functional continuous improvement plan and knowledge base
61 Mentor and support team members within development on tests methods, test execution, and test equipment
61 Effective collaboration and communication with international cross-functional teams

You're the right fit if
61 BS degree in mechanical or electronics engineering, mechatronics, material science, or comparable subject
61 5+ years of experience in R&D area or manufacturing (engineering, test development, manufacturing, quality assurance or research) including solid understanding of design verification process
61 3+ years of experience in designing, executing, and documenting test methods
61 Understanding of MSA methodology/ test method validation, statistical techniques
61 Good communication skills (English) and social skills since you will be collaborating with colleagues internationally of many disciplines
61 Ability to work in group – flexibility in order to work with and provide support for number of people
61 Practical, with a strong hands-on mentality, also able to manage and delegate tasks when necessary
61 Experience in creating high quality technical documentation
61 Good understanding of development process and testing of consumer products
61 Strong analytical skills (detail data analysis, effective research, creative thinking and efficient problem solving)
61 Strong sense of ownership, passionate, fast learner

Preferably to have experience in
61 Six Sigma Green Belt
61 Good practice of Windchill and Minitab is an advantage
61 Experience in verification of medical device grade products
61 Knowledge of scripting languages (Excel, Matlab, Python) and Knowledge of connectivity
