KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Meeting colleagues to discuss technology and authoring requirements. 根据产品技术与制作说明书的要求与同事开会进行讨论。 2. Deciding how best to organise and present the document. 最终决定如何组织和阐述产品说明书的文档。 3. Planning any required photographs 针对产品要求,选择合适的照片说明。 4. Designing illustrations 为产品设计插图说明。
5. Writing the material clearly and concisely, making sure it can be easily understood 编辑简单明了的说明材料,确保用户容易理解。
6. Editing, proofreading and indexing 对产品说明书进行编辑、校对和索引。 7. Testing the written material with users or colleagues 与客户和同事进行产品说明书的效果测试
8. Work with translation companies to translate from English into other languages. 与翻译公司合作制多种语言的标准用户手册
