主要职责：
1. 支持设备、流程改善，包含：
61 定期对设备，制程、流程进行评估；
61 收集必要数据，识别改善机会并撰写相关报告；
61 协同自动化及设备团队形成改善方案；
61 跟进POC及其他概念性测试，支持重点项目实施；
61 组织、协调改善问题的讨论与会议
2. 负责领导工厂Kaizen改善
3. 运用内部I-way工具进行定期评估
4. 推进集团先进经验分享与落地
5. 记录、管理相关过程文件；
6. 维护内部OEE系统（Vorne）
Responsibilities:
1. Support equipment / processes optimization:
61 Carry out regular evaluation on existing machines, processes and flows
61 Collect data, identify opportunities and draft reports
61 Work with automation and equipment teams for creating improvement proposal
61 Follow POC (prove of concept), demo test and key projects implementation
61 Organize / coordinate discussion on optimization topics
2. Lead site level Kaizen projects
3. Responsible of assessment in using internal matrix(I-way)
4. Support Best practices sharing and deployment within the organization
5. Support Mapping and documentation of existing flow and practices
6. Maintain Vorne System for OEE record
基本要求：
1. 具有工业工程或机械类、自动化类相关专业硕士学位
2. 2年以上工作经验（自动化/工艺/制造/精益生产相关），具有包装印刷或半导体企业工作经验者优先
3. 责任心，内驱力强，有较好专业素养及职业修养
4. 思路清晰，主动性强，善于发现问题并推动问题解决
5. 有较强学习能力并能应对变革
6. 能深入理解、分析、评估并处理复杂的设备或制程问题
7. 能管领项目及团队
8. 沟通良好，英语可作为工作语言
9. 韧性、抗压能力强
Requirements:
1. Master degree in industrial engineering or Mechanical or Automation related majors;
2. 2 years of experience in Automation/Process/Manufacturing/Lean-production, Knowledge in Printing or Semi-conductor industry is highly preferred
3. Being responsible and self-driven; have high professionalism
4. Clear thinking, strong initiative, good at finding problems and promoting problem solving
5. Willingness to learn and to lead the change
6. Ability to understand, analyze, assess and handle complex equipment & process problems
7. Able to manage teams and projects
8. Good communication, Able to use English as a working language;
9. Resilience to the pressure
