Responsibility:
1. To establish, maintain and monitor a supplier quality control system in qualification, continuous improvement and quality performance rating to ensure incoming quality control;
2. Drive and co-ordinate quality issues in Vendor's factory
3. Weekly/Monthly Review supplier’s performance and identify the top 5 worst suppliers so as to push the supplier implement continuous improvement.
4. To initiate & follow up the 8D report in case of any quality issue be found on the incoming materials;
5. On-site audit is required for some serious incoming quality issue;
6. To assist QC inspector on technical support for the receiving inspection;
Requirements:
1. Be familiar with home consuming, appliances products etc.
2. At least 2+ years’ experience in supplier management,
3.Result-oriented, Positive & Initiative, Good communication & negotiation skill.
4.Can work independently under high pressure.
5. Good command both written and spoken English
