职位概述：
The incumbent is responsible for QM(quality management), KM(knowledge management), TS(Technical support), TCD(test capability development) in toy lab. Keep improving toy lab services to support TCPH business.

岗位职责：
1. Quality Management (40%): The key index is Error rate and TAT. Take effective ways two eliminate Error and shorten TAT, e.g. KM/process management/ Closely monitor the related performance of the quantitatively so that healing plan can be implemented in a timely manner. / Temporary adjustment resource allocation in Peak Season. / Perform other quality related duties according to ISO/IEC 17025. etc.;
2. Knowledge Management (30%): knowledge management is the most important way to eliminate Error and shorten TAT, and it is also a solid foundation for laboratory’s long-term growth. Two main objectives are “Improve lab staff ability” and “Reduced working difficulty”;
3. Technical Support (20%): Provide technical support relating to TCP physical/Flammability/Electrical testing, not only for lab staff, but also for Project team and Sales team;
4. Test Capability Development (10%): Develop test capability according to the plan to assists the TCP in the whole SR to achieve good results;

任职条件：
1. College or Bachelor Degree holder.
2. At least five years relative working experience in third-party lab.
3. Be familiar with related regulations/ directives/ standards/ methods (mainly for Toys, Children’s Products).
4. Full knowledge and applied experience of ISO/IEC 17025 is a must.
5. Good team player with the necessary strength to lead a team.
6. Self-motivated and able to work independent.
7. Fluent in both written and oral English and Chinese.
