Key accountabilities: 1. Responsible for supply chain activities from order entry to delivery. 2. Act as the main interface between customer and internal to ensure customer's order and delivery. 3. Properly handle related requirements arose from serving the responsible customers. 4. Maintain internal and external report data accuracy. 5. Maintain customer relationships, develop and implement customer service plans, and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. College degree of above 2. 3 years or more working experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, SCM or related areas, supply chain background is preferred. 3. Office software operation proficiency, preferably with data processing / billing statement analysis experience 4. Good negotiation skills 5. Good written, verbal, and presentation skills in English and Chinese 6. Ability to work independently 7. A team player with high level of personal integrity
