Job Description Responsibilities: ·Drive key customer business, build up relationship with varying levels, manage key products promotion & opportunity pipeline to better fit in company strategy. ·Initial and coordinate customers engagement in cloud/data center segments, enlarge customer coverage/ opportunity exploration/ business growth. ·Ensure strong execution for business strategy alignment, revenue goals, design-wins. ·Be a lead & coordinator in driving cross-functional collaboration between multiple teams. ·Provide CSP/enterprise industry insights and technology/ product dynamics to better influence company strategy alignment. Qualifications ·Master/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field. ·A minimum of 8 years in customer facing role like sales, Field, >3 years of key account management role preferred. ·Rich knowledge of storage industry, CSP and OEM business model, familiar with China & worldwide storage market. ·Able to use English at a working proficiency level, good communication skills. ·Pro-active and prompt actions with a CAN-DO attitude, able to accept new knowledge in a short time. ·Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate within external & internal organization. ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex subjects to a wider audience. ·Evidence of strong character with integrity, honesty, accountability and trust.
