Key responsibilities include: Supporting VP with all administrative duties, including travel coordination, expense claim, meeting arrangement Organizing team meetings and engagement activity Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements Acting as a liaison for VP and his direct reports Admin support to senior leaders as needed Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items Qualifications Minimum of three years of experience assisting at the executive level in a fast-paced environment Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook is essential, as well as strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Visio Sound judgment and flexibility in balancing competing priorities, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal direction Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate effectively with remote business units
