II. Job Summary: BridgeNet Solutions is serving as the 4PL digital provider in the Global Supply Chain. As the LSP Performance Manager, you will be responsible for performance of the 3PL’s that handle our client’s transportation movements through collaboration with internal stakeholders, the client, and its 3PL’s. This role provides the opportunity to make a clear impact on BridgeNet’s success through its focus on 3PL performance and ultimately, the service provided to the client. III. Essential Functions: (Primary) 61 Responsible for the management of 3PL performance to KPI’s established by the customer 61 Prepare performance metrics and conduct reviews with 3PL’s and the customer 61 Assist in the load tender process and carrier selection 61 Escalate and establish plans to resolve carrier related performance issues 61 Collaborate with regional 4PL teams to identify trends and drive performance 61 Collaborate with global 4PL teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and approach to carrier management 61 Other functions as assigned IV.
