Responsibilities: Being the local single point of contact for all operational topics (logistic, manufacturing, return/repair, etc.) after order confirmation (entry of any development, industrialization or manufacturing order) for defined customer group. 作为日常业务操作的接口,处理操作业务(物流,生产,退货/维修等之类的事项).根据业务定义客户群体.
To ensure our business targets and to ensure a strong customer orientation over the entire product life cycle ,to coordinates all customer interests internally. 保证完成业务目标,协调所有内部客户需求. Lead the team to support QC on Non-conformity parts. 领导团队支持处理质量部的不良品. Lead the team to support CRPs on CRs. 领导团队支持工程师的工程变更. Support new project relevant issues. 支持新项目的相关事项. Support FI/CO/GSS on financial issues. 支持财务和财务服务公司的财务方面的事项.
Requirements: At least 3+ years work experience in logistics or in related functional areas. The work experience at multi-national company will be the plus. 在物流,采购或者相关的领域至少有3年的工作经验.有外企公司工作的经验更佳.
Good English skills (oral/writing/listening); 具备好的英语听说写.
Good ERP skills (SAP is preferred); 具备好的EPR技能,具备SAP技能者更优.
Good Microsoft office skills (Excel, word, etc.) 具备好的办公软件的技能.
Good commercial knowledge. 具备基本的商务知识. Good understanding on whole supply chain operation logic. 对于整个供应链的操作逻辑有基本的理解.
